REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy of artwork for commissioned work(s) and internet items is as follows:

All commissioned work has a $200 non-refundable deposit.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You may return new, undamaged work created by Filomena "Filly" D'Inverno and sold by FRDCreations within 30 days of delivery of sale for a full refund and not including any deposit (commissioned work) or shipping and handling.
Damaged work may not be returned!
All items returned will have returned shipping paid for at the customers expense, and insurance based on the sale price is recommended.
All work sold to the customer will be insured when shipped for the sale value of the item.  If an item is damaged in transit during shipping, FRDCreations should be contacted so that we are aware of any insurance claims against the shipper.
